You may return any product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase in its original condition and packaging.
Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit after 30 days if they are still a regularly stocked item.
Products may not be returned or exchanged to take advantage of sales, promotions or other discounts offered after purchase.
Line, wire, rigging, decorated products, numbered sails, electronics, and custom made items may not be returned or exchanged.
Special order items returned within 30 days will incur a restocking fee.
When returning an item purchased online, the customer is responsible for cost of the return shipping. If exchanging an item, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs associated with the shipment of the new item.
Certain large items are unable to ship using Canada Post. The Yacht Shop reserves the right to cancel and fully refund an order if it is not able to ship. The Yacht Shop will do our best to offer the customer alternate shipping options which may include an additional shipping charge. The Yacht Shop will not charge for any additional costs before receiving an approval for these costs either by phone or email.
The Yacht Shop is not responsible for items shipped by Canada Post without tracking selected. Customers who choose a method of shipment without a tracking number are responsible for the package once it has been accepted by Canada Post. Please consider choosing a method of shipping including a tracking number to ensure delivery of your item. Please note that shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed. The Yacht Shop will do its best to ensure parcels are shipped in a timely manner but shipping times may vary based on your location.
